Updating your membership details
Membership details
It helps the BSG to help you if we have correct details for all members. We use Personal Details (contact address and email address) to communicate with you, for example dispatching Geophemera and to circulate information about upcoming events and conferences. All information is held in the strictest confidence. If your address or contact details have changed please send completed Change of Details to the BSG Administrator at the address below.
Changing your standing order
It helps the BSG if members ensure their standing order details are current and correct. Should you need to update your standing order please send completed Standing Order form to the BSG Administrator at the address below.
Administration costs can be reduced if members pay by standing order.
All information will be held in the strictest confidence and, under the Data Protection Act, members will have access to their own records on request.
